A faculty empowerment session was held at the Institute for Islamic Studies in Humanities on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, in the Institute's Council Hall, featuring an address by Hojjat-Al-Islam Dr. Haeri. This meeting focused on thpreliminary stage and needs assessment for planning the faculty empowerment program. The main topics of discussion included identifying educational priorities, skill requirements, and subjects requested by the faculty. Additionally, the methodology and general framework for conducting future courses were explained, and preliminary suggestions were presented. As an initial and foundational step in designing a coherent empowerment program, this session has laid the groundwork for developing targeted workshops and training courses tailored to the real needs of the faculty. Subsequent actions will be planned based on the outcomes of this meeting.
