Session Held on "Matching Shares: A Solution for Genuine Participation of Workers and Capital Owners"
A session on "Matching Shares: A Solution for Genuine Participation of Workers and Capital Owners" was held on Thursday, April 16, 2026, at the Council Hall of the Institute for Islamic Studies in Humanities. The session featured presentations by Dr. Mehdi Soltani, faculty member of the Department of Computer Science at Yazd University, and Hojjat-Al-eslam Dr. Ali Nemati, faculty member of the Islamic Economics Department at Ferdowsi University of Mashhad. The event was attended by a group of capital owners.
During the session, the challenges and issues facing the relationship between workers and capital owners regarding the matching shares model were discussed and debated. Attendees presented their views and questions and emphasized the need for further examination of the topic. At the conclusion of the session, it was decided that complementary studies in this area would continue.
